We just did this a few weeks ago but it's one of our favorite things to do with chard or spinach. It's always a little different but a basic recipe is here. Tonight we used fresh chard and a little frozen spinach and added some tofu, diced potatoes and a handful of frozen peas. I didn't make any bread this time - we just had it over brown rice. Still... yum!

Mmmmm, looks wonderful!
I just found out that I have to steer clear of all things spicy or stomach acid provoking for a while as some pesky gastritis has been wreaking havoc on my system in a bad way as of late.
how will I cook without onions, tomatoes, curry?! Looks like I'll be living vicariously thru culinary creations such as this while I must! :)
Chris - you can buy packets of the Living Harvest Hemp powder on Amazon so you can try it and not commit to a whole canister :)

This looks so yummy. I love greens and am having a serious spinach withdrawal. But it seems to be a good time for chard, and we recently made something with chard as well. (Cue theme song to Popeye...)
I know what you mean Bazu. but whatever greens we're getting now mostly come from our local farmers' market anyway so now worries there.
Thanks for the tip Crystal. there's a couple of other things I was thinking about getting on amazon anyway.
that's a bummer dgmgv. We've had a bit of a similar issue at various times in the past with Darlene. I have a helluva time cooking without tomatoes but I just end up making sauces with plain soy milk or coconut milk.
