Pasta with Red Chili Peanut Sauce

This one here's a repeat (we posted the recipe back in the Spring). Something fairly quick and with more whole grains (whole wheat spaghetti) and good-for-you veggies (steamed broccoli). And I found some cilantro in the fridge so that worked as a garnish.

That dinner looks awesome, kinda a thai flair. We just love meals with peanut sauce and will have to give this one a try.

And thanks so much urban vegan! Though I've learned a few basics since starting this blog, I've got zero background in photography and I'm often less than 100% happy with how the photos turn out. I'm glad to get some positive feedback...
