Eat Air - A Vegan Food Log

When you tell someone you’re vegan, they ask (often incredulously) “What do you eat?!”. We’ll seek to answer that question here. We probably won’t have a plethora of original gourmet recipes to share (though there may be a few), but we can point you to recipes (or restaurants) we like that were created by other talented people (or maybe just let you know what we’ve pulled out of our freezer). It’s not that hard eating vegan. Allow us to demonstrate.

Oh Baby!

Baby Jonas arrived on May 6 at 2:45 AM. It's been as amazing and crazy as everyone says and more (as I type with one hand and hold him in the other at 2 AM because he slept all day and now he's wide awake).

So now this blog is on temporary hiatus while we spend all our time with baby.

My mom raised vegetarian but when we were little she told the doctor who somehow then managed to say we looked sickly all the time. He told her to start feeding us meat, so then she lied and said she was following his diet recommendations and magically his perception of our health changed!
